Lancet global health has published that if this scenario continues then by the end of 2025 we will have the highest rate of disease like heart attack, cancer, etc.
Research & Surveys
358 surveys were conducted across 168 countries. As part of the survey 1.9 Milllon, people were consulted who are above years. Their lifestyle and day to day activities were monitored.
The survey concludes that people are NOT motivated in adopting a healthy lifestyle for 15 years (2001-2016) of effort. This could be a serious issue for our future generations. Physical fitness and the work out problems is more seen in the richer countries than in poor countries.
By creating some awareness programmes there is a chance of reducing the risk by at least 10% by the end of 2025. But by the researchers, it’s clear that in the present scenario it’s tough to achieve the goals.

We all know that exercises play a vital role in human lives. The health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are hard to ignore. Everyone benefits from exercise, regardless of age, sex or physical ability.
Most of the people are just ignoring this important thing and being back of things which are more harmful to us. It’s Better we inculcate the habit of exercising every day. “Better late than never.”
The society should change: Most of the women are wasting so much of time in engaging themselves in unnecessary activities instead to join in some activities to move around and exercises daily or weekly 5 times.
